website at cornersight.io (the "Service"), operated by Cornersight ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or
using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Information we collect
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete
information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible
for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Service Description
Cornersight is a LinkedIn engagement tracking platform that allows you to:
• Track engagement (likes and comments) on LinkedIn posts from personal profiles and company
pages.
• Enrich lead data with professional information (job title, company, industry, location)
• Filter leads using Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
• Push lead data to external systems via webhooks and APIs.
• Export lead data as CSV files.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam) to leads
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with or disrupt its operation.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service to collect data for purposes that violate LinkedIn's terms of service.
Subscription and Payment:
Free Trial: New accounts receive a free trial period with limited features. Trial accounts are limited in
the number of profiles and leads they can track.
Paid Plans: After the trial period, you may subscribe to a paid plan. Plans are billed monthly and vary
in the number of profile slots and features available.
Upgrades and Downgrades: You may change your plan at any time. Upgrades are charged
immediately on a pro-rated basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the
current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Data and Privacy:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at
cornersight.io/legal/privacy-policy. You acknowledge that data collected through the Service includes
publicly available LinkedIn engagement data and enriched professional information.
Intellectual Property:
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Cornersight and is
protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your lead data
remains your property.
Webhooks and Third-Party Integrations:
You may configure the Service to send data to third-party endpoints via webhooks or APIs. You are
solely responsible for the configuration, security, and compliance of these integrations. We are not
liable for any data loss, exposure, or misuse resulting from your webhook configurations.
Service Availability:
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The
Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our
control. LinkedIn API changes or rate limits may affect data collection capabilities.
Limitation of Liability:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORNERSIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY
LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY
LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (A)YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE
OF OUR SERVERS; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE;
OR (D) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR CONDUCT.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DATA PROVIDED IS COMPLETE,
ACCURATE, OR UP-TO-DATE
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornersight and its officers, directors, employees, and
agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of
or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination:
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that
by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Changes to These Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by
posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become
effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

authentication credentials (or OAuth tokens if you sign in via Google).
Linkedin Data: When you add a LinkedIn profile to track, we collect publicly available engagement
data from LinkedIn posts, including the names, job titles, companies, and LinkedIn profile URLs of
individuals who interact with those posts (likes, comments).
Enriched Data: We use third-party data enrichment services to supplement engagement data with
additional professional information such as company size, industry, country, and company website
domain.
Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store credit card numbers.
Stripe collects and processes payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy.authentication credentials (or OAuth tokens if you sign in via Google).
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Service, including
pages visited, features used, and browser/device information.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:

including hosting (Vercel, Railway, Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), and data enrichment APIs.

Data Retention:
We retain your account information and lead data for as long as your account is active or as needed to
provide the Service. When you delete a profile, the associated leads and posts are permanently
deleted. When you delete your account, all data is removed.
Data Security:
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information,
including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), row-level security policies on our database, and secure
authentication via Supabase Auth. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights:
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability (export your leads as CSV)
• Withdraw consent at any time.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or
tracking cookies. We may use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used.
Children's Privacy:
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children.
